In addition to standard property management offerings, we also offer our GUARANTEED LEASE OPTION. The G.L.O. allows people who want to build a new home to proceed without worry of selling their existing home before the new home is finished. If you list your existing home with me, and it does not sell before your new build is ready, we will guarantee rental of that home to cover your payments for up to 12 months. I am a full service property manager, able to help you with everything from purchasing investment properties, finding qualified renters, and fully attending to all your property needs.
